Liverpool winger Sadio Mane returns to Merseyside early after 'feeling old injury' on hamstring, Senegal confirm ahead of clash with South Africa
Alarm bells have begun to ring at Liverpool after key man Sadio Mane returned early from international duty after 'feeling his old injury' to his hamstring.
The Senegal Football Association have confirmed Mane made the trip back to Merseyside from their camp, after feeling signs of the hamstring injury which had kept him out of Jurgen Klopp's plans for several weeks.
The mercurial winger recently helped his nation to book their ticket to next summer's World Cup in Russia, and was expected to remain with the squad for another upcoming match with South Africa as the remaining group ties are played.
